At Hill, Chesson & Woody, we pride ourselves on delivering customized employee benefit strategies and innovative solutions to our clients. An integral part of this process involves using reliable data from both national and local resources to benchmark our clients’ medical plan designs and contribution strategies against other businesses in North Carolina and within their specific industry.
With that being said, Hill, Chesson & Woody, in conjunction with Capital Associated Industries (CAI), has launched the 2007-2008 NC Healthcare Benefits & Cost Survey. This is our third annual comprehensive survey that captures local data on premiums, contribution amounts and plan design features including office visit co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, and pharmacy benefits.
Over 480 local employers participated in the 2006-2007 survey and we hope to surpass that number with your participation this year! Your participation will make it possible for the accurate measurement of group healthcare plan designs and contribution strategies for North Carolina businesses as well as provide you with current market trend information. As a participant, you will receive a FREE electronic copy of the summarized results. These results can be used as an effective benchmarking tool in helping you to understand the value of your benefit plan and to develop your benefit strategy.
Non-participants who are CAI members can purchase the results for $995.00. Non-participants who are NOT CAI members can purchase the results for $1995.00.
